Neumarkt

Nestled in the heart of Zürich’s Old Town, Neumarkt is a quiet, picturesque square that feels like a step back in time with cobblestone streets and historic buildings. Nestled here is the restaurant Neumarkt which has a little charming garden, a peaceful green spot where locals and visitors pause to rest or enjoy a coffee.

At one end, the Nike Fountain adds a splash of life, while a tiny family-run grocery store gives the square a touch of everyday charm. In summer, flowers bloom and small benches invite you to linger, and the old clock tower keeps a watchful eye over the square. It’s a hidden corner where history, nature, and everyday Zürich life meet beautifully.
