This creamy potage & pea soup is a delicious soup with Chugellager (frozen peas)
Here are the ingredients needed for 4 people
400 g floury potatoes (I used the waxy ones myself)
1 piece of leek, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
9 dl vegetable broth
200 gr frozen peas
3 dl cream/half cream
1 tbsp butter
Put the butter in a large saucepan, sauté the onion, leek and potatoes.
Deglaze with the bouillon, and boil for approx. 15 minutes.
Add the puririren and then the 200 gr. peas and cook on a low heat for another 5 minutes.
Add the cream and serve warm.
Tip: I also added a small piece of ginger and 4-5 black pepper corns.
