Creamy potato & pea soup

This creamy potage & pea soup is a delicious soup with Chugellager (frozen peas)

Here are the ingredients needed for 4 people

  • 400 g floury potatoes (I used the waxy ones myself)

  • 1 piece of leek, finely chopped

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 9 dl vegetable broth

  • 200 gr frozen peas

  • 3 dl cream/half cream

  • 1 tbsp butter


  • Put the butter in a large saucepan, sauté the onion, leek and potatoes.

  • Deglaze with the bouillon, and boil for approx. 15 minutes.

  • Add the puririren and then the 200 gr. peas and cook on a low heat for another 5 minutes.

  • Add the cream and serve warm.

Tip: I also added a small piece of ginger and 4-5 black pepper corns.
