While planning a Vegan & Gluten free Indian cooking event, I was thinking what all things I could do and what all I will have to avoid in case to achieve a nice Indian Vegan and Gluten free Menu. But to my utter surprise I didn't have to do much, when I started thinking and putting the recipes together I realised Indian kitchen can be Vegan & Gluten free without taking any super food.
