Camembert dumplings

Camembert dumplings with cloudberry jam and vanilla ice cream

This dessert comes from Sweden and Anne-li gave us that, we couldn't get enough of this dessert, with the cloudberry jam, just awesome. Its a perfect dish for these lovey summer get togethers.


  • Camembert

  • dough

  • egg

  • cloudberry jam

  • vanilla ice cream


  1. Set the oven to 240 degrees.

  2. Make dough thin.

  3. Cut the camembert into slices.

  4. Place Camembert in the dough and make a packet.

  5. Brush the parcels with egg.

  6. Bake the parcels in the oven for about 5 minutes.

  7. Warm-up cloudberry jam.

  8. The packet is served with warm cloudberry jam and vanilla ice cream.
