Ingredients: as required
Basil or oregano
Salt, pepper, garlic
Olive oil and bread
1. Cut the small tomatoes into pieces, and mix with olive oil, basil or oregano, salt, and pepper. Leave for a while to absorb the flavors. Cut the bread into slices, heat briefly in the oven when it is ready, grate the garlic on it, place the tomatoes on top, and season with a little olive oil.
